  • Does Mr Bear Family only sell beard care products?

    No, we also offer products for face care, hair care and shaving and are constantly developing new products to the range.
    You can also find products for your tattoo aftercare.

  • Grainy Beard Balm

    If you experience graininess in the balm; this is not a reflection of the quality of the product, but merely a reaction to temperature fluctuations and is called crystallization. This affects the products texture but not performance. The crystals usually melt again on skin contact.

  • Can you use Beard Balm and Beard Brew together and if so, which should be applied first?

    Brew and Balm can definitely be used together. We recommend applying the Brew first and finishing with the Balm to give it softness and a bit of a styling effect.

  • How do you apply beard brew in the best way?

    Apply and rub the oil in your palms, quantity as much as needed. Then massage it into the beard. Make sure to massage the oil all the way into the skin underneath and work through the whole beard.

  • How long is the delivery time?

    We send all orders via the Swedish postal service ("Postnord") or DHL.
    Order processing (before sending it): 1-2 business days.
    Sweden: delivery time is usually 1-3 business days.
    International: 2-14 business days, depending on final destination.

  • Are the products manufactured in Sweden?

    All of our hair, skin and beard care products are manufactured in Sweden. Most of the beard care products are manufactured in our own factory in Gothenburg and Mr Bear himself has developed the recipes.

  • Are the products eco-friendly?

    Some products are all natural, and some are as natural as can be. But they are not 100% organic. This is due to the fact that organic ingredients are not available to a large extent. In order to maintain a consistent product quality level and to offer the customer the same product quality at each purchase, not all ingredients are of organic origin, but some are!

  • Are the products ”vegan friendly”?

    In our vegan friendly products, we do not have any ingredients derived from the animal kingdom. But the products may have been produced in the same vessels as products that contain animal derived ingredients has been produced in. CIP cleaning is used between all batches. Some of our products contain beeswax and lanolin. Lanolin is extracted from sheep wool and beeswax from bees. For example, the "Beard Brew" is a vegan product.
